What is your return policy?

We want your shopping experience at ANNAGRACE to be worry free! We hope you love each item you receive; if not, we're here to help! We gladly accept returns on all items (excluding items from the Swim collection, Jewelry/Accessories, Intimates/Bodysuits, and sale collection). 

Returns are accepted for Store Credit within 10 days of receipt of the item


 Return Information Details

  • ITEMS MUST BE PLACED BACK IN PROTECTIVE BAG FOR SHIPPING. If items are damaged during shipping, no refund will be issued. 
  • We accept returns postmarked within 10 days of receiving your package from us.
  • Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
  • If item is defective please email within 24 hours upon receiving and we require a picture.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Shoes returned without the box makes the shoes ineligible for return, and will be returned to you.
  • Jewelry/Accessories, Bodysuits/Intimates, Swim, and sale items are final sale and may not be returned.

We'll send you an email confirmation when your store credit has been issued. ANNAGRACE is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.

  • Items from the Swim collection, Jewelry/Accessories, and Intimates/Bodysuits are final sale and may not be returned.
  • ANNAGRACE reserves the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
